A great many libraries have refused to keep such records anyway. Here in
Glendora I specifically asked if they were complying with the fascists and
I was told that all records are destroyed after books are checked back in
and that even if they wanted to keep such records, there's no way they
could without large amounts of money to pay for the systems required to
do so.
The "PATRIOT Act" nullifies the U. S. Constitution and hacks about 90% out
of the Bill of Rights.
Such illustrates the problem with a political system where (almost) the
only thing that counts is being re-elected and then turning the several
terms into high position(s) in industry. Integrity? Honesty?
Forgettaboutit.
