CARLSBAD, Calif. - When police noticed Dina Dagy's family was spending
$250 to $300 a month on electricity, they suspected a marijuana farm was
flourishing under high-intensity lights inside their suburban home.
What the article fails to mention and no one seems to be asking is how the
police found out they had a high electric bill in the first place and how was
that information obtained.
This is KGB style tactics and should not be tolerated in a free society.
The U.S. is a free (free to use totalitarian tactics) society.
