As it is, I've never heard of a USENET Global Killfile. RFC977
certainly doesn't mention it.
Globalservices.com appears to be occupied by a commercial squatter.
A WHOIS suggests ultsearch.com (in Hong Kong) as the owner.
Global, yes. Relevant, probably no.
