My thoughts exactly. I think that was kind of "dumbing-down" the
concept of sin, which is why I have a problem sometimes with
Christianity. I see a lot of the idea that if you just ask for
"forgiveness", you are absolved of your "sins" ...

God's Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ died for our sins so there is no
"dumbing down" at all. Jesus did nothing wrong whatsoever but God made
Him die a sinner's death - He is the perfect lamb of God slain for our
sins.

- okay, maybe that's true for looking at Playboy with one hand when
you were 12, lying to your parents about swiping the car when you
were 16, or saying "*****" here and there. I'm not a Christian,
so I don't believe this - but if I'm wrong and there is a big pearly
gate where you have to stand before God - I think those things are
going to be forgiven.

Nope. Anyone that does not believe in Jesus Christ shall be condemned
to hell due to everything he or she ever did upon the earth; that is
to say, non-believers are "workers of iniquity" and can only do evil.

Well there you have it folks. Everybody in the whole world (except
for the 33% who are Christians) is going straight to hell. All you
Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, etc. better get ready to burn!

Even if right this moment you sell all your possessions, give the
money to the poor, live on the street with few possessions wearing a
habit blessing everyone until the day your body stops functioning so
as to sustain life upon the face of the earth, if when that happens
you do not believe in Jesus Christ and have not accepted the free gift
of eternal life which He died so that you may have, you shall surely
be judged a horrible, wicked individual and be condemned to hell.

I guess that also applies to any infants who die before they are old
enough to even understand the concept of religion. Right?

I have a feeling that when BTK shows up, God's going to say - "Get
on the bus, you're goin' right to Hell!" He'll say "But, I prayed
for forgiveness and my church forgave me." God will say, "I don't -
get on the bus with Saddam and Slobodan - you're going right to
fuckin' Hell!" (Apologies to Denis Leary.)

It appears to me that Rader does not actually know the Lord regardless
of the fact that he had a high position in his local Lutheran
congregation. However, I probably would have picked up on Rader's
wickedness because I am able to see and hear the spiritual realm.

Elizabeth

I would suggest you go see a psychiatrist. Maybe he can put you
on some medications to suppress these voices and visions you are
experiencing.
