You are getting healthier.

A dangerous assumption without a full medical picture, but then what can
you expect from a doctor who tried to insist that a poster suffered from
depression based upon one line in a post?

snip

A healthier stomach moves more making more sounds more frequently.

Auditory hallucination noted. The original poster never mentioned
sounds from his stomach.

Can anyone suggest which foods might best help reduce this type of
hunger?

Any food that reduces hunger outright without overeating would be bad
for you

Medically insane or simply badly worded? You can eat a small amount of
a good food and reduce (not eliminate) the hunger you feel without
overeating.

(ie either spoiled/rotten/poisonous or containing something
that "does not agree with you")

"Unwike the 2PD-OMEW Appwoach, weight woss diets can't be combined

How to do the 2PD-OMER Approach
1.Buy a food scale.
2.Measure what you eat.
3.Gradually cut the total amount eaten down to 2 pounds a day.
4.Walk for 4096 days in a Middle Eastern desert wearing robes from an
old Hollywood Biblical epic carrying a hip flask in case you have to (or
want to) drink your own urine.

You know, I'm wondering about that one. Doing a quick calculation
involving the distance between Cairo and Egypt, spread out over
forty years, we see that the Hebrews were trucking along at
a brisk 30 yards a day.
Make that "30 yards a day and night", since they had the cloud by day/
pillar of fire by night dual guidance system going for them.
All I can guess is that God was just too much of a guy to stop
and ask for directions.

"God" supposedly knew the way, she just didn't tell the Hebrews.
As in "If you don't know, I'm sure as hell not going to tell you!"
(Such a loving god, isn't she?)
It was Moses who supposedly led the way, which he didn't know past the
crossing of the Red Sea bit, and he didn't have SatNav.
IIRC, there was nobody else in the wilderness to ask.
What would he have asked a passing gentile? "Excuse me. Do you know the way
to the Promised Land?"
"Sorry, Mo. Nobody's promised any land to me! Never heard of it."

Which makes it even more puzzling why it took them forty years to
go nowhere.
On the other hand, I suppose lots of us have felt that way at one
time or another.
Yep, I meant "Cairo and Jerusalem".

You can't drink your own urine, unless you distill it first. Too much
solute load. Remember, if you're not part of the solution, you're part of
the precipitate!

Is that so, for sure ?
I know of someone who tried "urinotherapy" (yck) ...
He since stopped it ... thank goodness.
