if so, why do you need a badge?
why not just 'not beleive'
Atheism is a lack of belief in any gods.
I lack belief in any gods, therefore I am an atheist.
If YOU lack belief in any gods, then YOU are an atheist.
You are an atheist since you do not believe in any gods.
If the label fits, you have no choice about wearing it. Once you have
decided not to believe in gods, the label is automatic.
Someone who is enrolled in classes and attends those classes would
fit the definition of "student". They are a student because they fit
the definition, not because they picked the label off of some shelf
somewhere. If they claimed they were not a student, they would be
lying.
Some of us atheist have chosen to discuss with other atheist, those
subjects that interest us, and those experience which we might have in
common..
If this is something that bothers you, then it seems a more important
question is, why is it that this bothers you?
