Well, it's almost-proper in the syntactic sense*, but that doesn't
mean it isn't stupid.
"Why are domesticated felines labelled 'cats'?" is a 'proper'
question, and also a stupid one.
*capitalisation and punctuation need work, no doubt your teacher
will help with that once you reach the 2nd grade.
