done searching the NJ Statutes, there is always the NJ
Administrative Code which by the way, has the force of law. If
you had the courage, you could really spend some time trying to
prove your point. But I doubt if you have that kind of courage, or

to you that there are additional statutes that have force in this

I am pretty certain you initial post is not all
inclusive. For instance the authority of the NJ State Police.

Now if you want to do your homwork, I might have some respect for it,
but until you show all statutes that have a bearing on this, I do not.
