39:4-103. Exemptions from speed regulations
Motor vehicles belonging to the military establishment,
while in use for official purposes in time of riot,
insurrection or invasion; all police officers, while the
officers are engaged in the apprehension of violators of the
law, or of persons charged with, or suspected of, a violation,
are exempt from the provisions of this chapter relating to
speed.
It is customary when quoting something to provide either the URL
or the document's title, date, and source. You have failed to
do so.
Google is your friend.
Presumably, you are quoting some vague New Jersey law.
Yeah, like the current NJ Statutes. Pretty "vague", eh?
Well, according to your quotation, all firefighters and rescue
personnel are driving illegally.
Firefighters and Rescue personnel are not supposed to exceed the
speed limit, jackass.
Obviously you've missed quite a bit.
Obviously you watch too much TV and are dumber than a box of
rocks.
You quoted from the MV code, Title 39, I am sure there are other
statutes that apply to the actions and authority of the NJ State
Police, why don' t you find those?
You're the moron making the assertion that you're "sure" they
exist, so why don't you hunt them down, jackass.
And for your own sake, quit
calling people names, it does not make you look very good.
Sez the jackass who has no clue as to what the NJ law requires.

Okeydokey, Whatever it takes to make you happy. And when you are
done searching the NJ Statutes, there is always the NJ
Administrative Code which by the way, has the force of law. If
you had the courage, you could really spend some time trying to
prove your point. But I doubt if you have that kind of courage, or
tenacity.
You prefer the easy way out.
Happy day, Randy
Translation - you can't refute the NJ statutes/codes already
posted.- Hide quoted text -

I am not trying to, sir, you posted them. I am only tryng to indicate
to you that there are additional statutes that have force in this
situation.
Then post them here. It's your unfounded assertion that
there is some mystery statute that contravenes the one's
already cited in this thread.
I am pretty certain you initial post is not all
inclusive. For instance the authority of the NJ State Police.
Do tell.
Now if you want to do your homwork, I might have some respect for it,
but until you show all statutes that have a bearing on this, I do not.
You want me to find your asserted mystery statutes?
You must be a baable-thumpin' christian.
And like I said, don't forget the NJ Administrative Code, lets see
what you are made of.
If you've got a citation to law that contravenes what's been posted
here, then go ahead and post it. Otherwise enjoy the sound of your
one hand clapping ...
