The hypothesis appears quite consistent from the historical
perspective. If you have any evidence to refute the
hypothesis we would gladly consider it.
It is just physically impossible that Eusebius could have created
the different versions of the Bible. In faxt, there is no record
of him creating one Bible.
He first bound MML&J to the OT and delivered this to
Constantine to be used in the council of Nicea. The supreme
emperor asked for a further 50 copies.
Untrue people who wanted to build churches in Jerusalem
asked Eusebius of Caesarea and he asked the Emperor to make
50 copies for the churches. Notice Eusebius, didn't
even make the copies.
References please.
It's a very famous letter of Eusebius of Caesarea
to Constantine. You could google it.
Further to this, Eusebius not only first bound MML&J to the
existent Greek translation of the Judaic books (OT) but he
attached to this bundle at the time what is now known as
the Eusebian Canon tables. These were a by-product of the
analysis required for the literary creation process.
The 'gravitas' of Constantine required at least four
independent eye-witness accounts of his new god
that were not identical. Eusebius supplied these 4
small short stories according to such specs.
As I said Julian the Apostate and other
educated pagans would have refuted it
into a million pieces and that will happen
to you if you write those four books, I
asked you.
Only Constantine, Eusebius and the gravity of the
situation alone need have known of this, so it
is not necessary for Julian to have known.
People are taught to believe when young.
ARIUS tried to refute it and we have:
"There was time when he was not".
plus all the other disclaimers on the Nicean creed.
