Academics et al., are attracted to Power -- which they see as an
APHRODISIAC -- because they want to see their brain farts, cerebral
effluvia and other flakey IDEAS translated into ACTION and GOVERNMENT
PROGRAMS.
It's the Great Failing of Modern Academics -- "The Treason of the
Intellectuals"...
Pogue Gans is an Academic of the Loony Left -- but those on the Loony

We should perhaps execute anyone who follows a religion.
Except, those who follow a religion would die...as would those who do
not follow a religion (since, according to you, atheism is a religion).
