Everyone has a slip-of-the-toung occasionally. But is a Christian
supposed to curse as a way of life? Is a self-professed
Catholic/Christian, like Duke, supposed to continually use vulgarities
as a normal form of communication?
Why become a Catholic? I could not be a good Catholic because I just
don't talk as nasty as Duke.

You already posted this stuff. The fact is that many years ago,
around 25, I began studying Catholicism. I attended and participated
in Mass for over one year, studied writings and had several long talks
with many Catholics and several priests. I also was told, and read,
that the mass IS a sacrifice of Jesus. Had I known you wanted a deep
debate, I would have put on my waders and dug-up the information.

Duke never had a formal education in the church but went to afterschool
classes, probably taught by nuns with assistance from a parrish priest.
This was almost certainly rote memory for the most part.
It was probably in line with the sex ed I got from the priest at my Catholic
elementary school.
Don't do it until you are married. (Any form of sexual activity.)
Only do it then to have children.
Girls don't like sex and only put up with it for the boys.
Boys are animals and can't control themselves.
Sadly a lot of them bought it.
Thank you Celta where ever you are.
She was my first "real" (wink, wink, nudeg, nudge) girlfriend and went to a
catholic HS. She taught me it was all a lie, especially the part about girls
not likeing it.
