Deceptions, Omission of information, Misleading information,
or lying to obtain money are legal definitions of *FRAUD*
No religious Charlatan *can prove in court* that the God's
they proclaim, Heaven, Hell, Angels... etc... exists!
The people who come to their church and
*DONATE* their money are _led_ to *BELIEVE*
they are helping this fake God entity. (The donate part is tricky).
It seems to me that _ANY_ Attorney should be able to prove
that all religious services are collecting peoples money...
under *FALSE* pretense... i.e. Fraudulently!
Atheist's should be discussing this with attorneys,
and turn the court rooms into serious battle fields
that will make the Christians court room tricks look
as foolish as Jesus and his disciples trials. :-)
