NOTES:
1. March has seen an increase in activities across the broad spectrum.
This is normal as the spring season is our heaviest in terms of case
loads. We helped in custody battles, did small training sessions, and
tried to keep up with all the information that arrives daily. Our new
volunteer, Debbie, has been a great help here at the center and she's
really appreciated! If you go to our website, the page counter has been
reset to 0. This is because CSU changed its server and we had to reset
the data.
2. National Alliance hit Ft. Collins this month. They were handing out
leaflets in a neighborhood in the western part of the city. It was the
same material that was handed out in Greeley, anti-immigration stuff.
The two men handing these leaflets out were on bicycles, wearing suit
and ties. They appeared to be in their early 20s. Colorado has an
active cell group in Denver and contacts in Colorado Springs. We
actually asked NA about the leaflets to see if they would admit it. NA
did admit all plus attached what was NA about in Colorado and a
recruitment plea. If you would like to see their response to us, let us
know and we'll forward it to you.
3. Jeff Weise, the shooter that went on a killing spree in a school in
Northern Minnesota, apparently was posting messages on the Nazi website
"Libertarian National Socialist Green Party". The website is
www.nazi.org. That site talks about the postings and blames society in
general. What we can make from all of this is simply speculation at
this point, though it points towards a disturbed individual.
4. Scientology is losing more battles lately. The case in the
Netherlands where Scientology tried to shut down a website exposing
their antics was ruled in favor of the defendant, Karin Spaink. Spaink
posted Scientology documents on her website. In another setback for
Scientology, their Narconon drug program was thrown out of schools in
San Francisco for "factually inaccurate approaches". The California
Medical Association unanimously supported that move.
5. During the Terri Schiavo events of the past, a figure emerged that
we haven't seen in quite awhile. Bo Gritz was grandstanding for the
cameras trying to cross police lines to bring his "sister" a glass of
water. Gritz is best known for his Patriot movement years ago, as well
as his supremacist views while supporting the Christian Identity
organizations. He founded a compound in Idaho called "Almost Heaven"
for like minded people to buy land to build homes on. We have Gritz's
citizen's arrest notice that he tried to serve the judge who ruled on
the Schiavo case.

6. As we have been saying, race mixing is the worst thing someone can
do, according to many white supremacists. Dusty Bowman was sentenced to
six months in prison after he assaulted his girl friend after a black
man at a grill looked up and nodded to her. Bowman starting asking
angry questions at that point and then assaulted her later.
7. Another group we haven't heard too much about lately is the Church
Universal and Triumphant (CUT). Lately, their founder and leader,
Elizabeth Prophet is suffering from Alzheimer's. But, the group is
still building new offices on their property in Montana. This group was
involved in weapons dealings, building bunkers, dumping diesel into
rivers, drilling attempt into the geyser system, etc.
8. There are now two Aryan Nations organizations. One split off from
the other and consider each other traitors. The one led by August Kries
tried to move the headquarters to Kansas City. The community there
raised such an intense reaction to this move that the group decided to
move to Sebring, FL instead. Kries also wants to reach out to al Qaeda,
calling them freedom fighters. Kries says they share the same enemies,
Jews and the American government.
9. Two women are suing Delnor Community Hospital in Geneva, IL for
allowing a psychologist to use "witchcraft" during treatments and
threaten them. One of the plaintiffs claims she was taught spells and
told to divorce her husband. She then moved in with the psychologist
(never a good idea!!!!! - Ed.), said she was forced to take care of the
house and take naked photos of the psychologist. The other plaintiff
says the same psychologist told the patients to strip, commit acts of
self-mutilation and join a Wicca coven. If this is true, it sounds more
like a personality cult, but it's all speculation at this point as to
what's going on here.
10. Boulder, CO. got hit by someone spreading swastika stickers in the
Palo Park subdivision. This wasn't a professional job as the swastikas
were hand written on office labels and stuck to cars, mail boxes, light
poles throughout the area.
11. As always, a reminder that we report all calls for inquiries,
assistance, etc. Being on the "Calls" list does not necessarily mean
that a group/individual is destructive, only that we have received a
call about it/them.
