Robertson warns Pennsylvania town of wrath of God
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va - Televangelist Pat Robertson warned residents of a rural
Pennsylvania town Thursday that disaster may strike there because they
"voted God out of your city" by ousting school board members who favored
teaching intelligent design.
Robertson made the comment after Lee Webb of CBN News delivered a report on
how residents in Dover voted in eight new Democratic board members,
replacing all eight current members who had voted for introducing
"intelligent design" - the belief that the universe is so complex that it
must have been created by a higher power - as an alternative to the theory
of evolution.
Webb then asked Robertson what he thought about the vote. "I'd like to say
to the good citizens of Dover: If there is a disaster in your area, don't
turn to God, you just rejected him from your city. And don't wonder why he
hasn't helped you when problems begin, if they begin. I'm not saying they
will, but if they do, just remember, you just voted God out of your city.
And if that's the case, don't ask for his help because he might not be
there."

ROTFL. I thought "Intelligent Design" was about science, not gods. At
least that's what they keep trying to sell it as. So now Robertson has
"spilled the beans" and everyone will know it just another xian lie to
try and sell their religion in schools.

There's no "if" - Robertson is clearly a hateful little ***** followed by
those of like mind.
I don't care if the town is hit by 2 hurricanes, a tornado, rained on by

Maybe it's just you and Robertson who are fucked up and you really have no

This is your reaction to the arrogant weasel Robertson? Since when do
you give Robertson the license to speak for your god? Is pride not a
sin in your faith?
You reveal your own nastiness in your mild response to Robertson, who
clearly has been corrupted by his exposure, stature, and the size of
his corrupt empire.

What Bill O'Reilly is to the City of San Francisco, Pat Robertson is to
