Roman Catholic Church Slams Condom Use in Africa |
http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/africa/01/26/safrica.condoms.reut/index.html
reveals that the South African Roman Catholic church thinks condoms do
not prevent disease spreading and foster promiscuity.
The fact that there was already promiscuity which is why AIDS is so
widespread, and that where condom use and safe-sex has been seriously
promoted, rates of AIDS are being held in check apparently didn't
factor into their fanatcical religious bullhsit.
And where is their faith? As Roman Catholics, why can't they accept
that it was their god who created HIV and saw that it was good? This
same god created the sex drive and gave nature's example to humans: an
example where promiscuity is the rule and use of force rewards well.
Just goes to show what a lousy and clueless religion the catholics
have, doesn't it?

Yup. It's also true that not only do life preservers sink in water, they make
boats crash, too. Best not to have life preservers on boats.

Not only AIDS, but the RCC is one of the leaders in the fight against
abortion. If more people had access and used them properly, there would
be much less need for abortion.

They could preach that for 10,000 years and still people would be having
sex. They just don't get that humans are sexual animals. They should
blame their god, for if it were real, it would have made us this way.

Funny, isn't it? They're in direct contradiction of the Bible, which
insists that we all go forth and indiscriminately multiply. You'd
think they'd be pushing rape, but oddly, they seem to be against that.

What do you expect when the leader of the country doesn't believe that
AIDS is caused by a virus?

I think the RCC should be taken to the International Court of Justice
and be tried for Crimes against Humanity, as by their twisted
interpretation of a book of old myths, they condemn probably millions
of humans to death.
