Object: Scientology criminal involved in lawsuit
You'll note the name of the lawyer -- Kendrick Moxon, one of the
named unindicted co-conspirators in the single most largest incident
of domestic espionage against the United States government in
America's history. It's believed that he only escaped prison by
ratting out his fellow crimnials, 11 of which went to prison. The
"Operation Snow White" that they were indicted for continues unabaited
today.

Shock therapy trial begins
Published in Newspress.com - Indexed on Apr 29, 2004 Relevance:
A civil jury trial began Wednesday to determine whether electroshock
therapy that Atze Akkerman underwent for severe depression at Santa
Barbara Cottage Hospital in December 1999 caused permanent memory
loss. Even two years later, the Oxnard man didn't recognize his wife
and children, according to his Superior Court lawsuit seeking
unspecified damages against the hospital and several doctors there.
"This is a case about a man desperately in need of help who, in the
end, lost everything," his attorney, Kendrick Moxon, told jurors
during his opening statement. "After the treatments, he lost all
memories of his life."

Most countries ban electroshock therapy. It seems to be a way for greedy
psychiatrists to make a quick $150.00 for two minutes of work.
America's psychology field needs to be cleaned up. Legislation has already
been drafted that streamlines much of the field and pulls it much more in
line with the Constitution which guarantees Freedom of Speech and equality
under the law for all people.
Next time use a spell check on your post before you send it Fredric. :)

Most Westernized countries don't allow organized crime's criminals
to run loose in our court rooms. This is a criminal that collaborates
with Eliot Abelson, one time lawyer kingpin for the Gambino Mafia.
I certainly don't agree with the use of electroshock but it's not for
organized crime ringleaders and thugs to abuse our court systems to
swindle money out of people.
