Turns out that, for more than a year, the Republican
leadership in congress knew that the Republican
head of the Congressional Missing and Exploited
Children's Caucus was an Internet predator and
abusing his office to sexually pursue underage boys.

Here he is, Representative Foley, as he was being
shielded from the law by the Republican leadership:

They even warned congressional pages to stay away
from him!

But /only/ Republican pages.

That's right, not only did the Republican leadership
protect a known predator from the public, but they
intentionally endangered many under-age congressional
pages in order to keep things hidden from the
Democrats.
