Semi-OT: "The Children's Story" by James Clavell |
For reasons I can't quite put into words, I'm trying to find somewhere
that I can acquire a better copy of the movie mentioned in the subject
header. I've downloaded a copy from here:
http://lisatrust.bogie.nl/Media/general-story.htm
But it's pretty crappy. I've found plenty of places selling the book,
but I'm looking for the movie. If it's available free somewhere, of
course I'll take it. But I'm willing to put out a little if there's
somewhere I can buy a better copy.
Thanks to any who reply. :-)

(I assume you downloaded the high-bandwidth rather the 56k version.)
As far as I'm aware the above broadcast was the only time this
film has been presented to the public. However, you may wish to
contact the site maintainer, Mark Bunker, for more information:

I did, actually. 41 MB and it still looks like crud. :-( Sound is
good on it, though. :-)
