I got 20 out of 21 (not having grown up in the U.S. I had not clue
whatsoever with question 8).
The answer key does include a marginally false statement, alas. It
states that the 14th Amendment made the entire Bill of Rights
applicable to the states. While that was the express intent of some of
its framers (overruling an old decision by John Marshall, Barron
v. Baltimore), the court has ruled since then that this is not
necessarily the case (the Slaughterhouse cases). It has incorporated
(made them binding on the states) most of the provisions of the Bill
of Rights, though piecemeal and not all of them. I've written at
length on this a number of times before. E.g. (don't mind the
