Pixies), but it is not anyone else's rule, and counters every dictionary
definition of theism and of atheism. Get real, Capon head.
Theism, in every valid definition, requires belief in the existence of a
god (not merely in the possibility of a god), and atheism only requires
a lack of that belief.
All that Dixit, AKA Septic (of the Magically Invisible Space Pixies),
AKA a hundred other names, says to the contrary are well documented lies.
