What do you suppose is their goal here, to argue (a bit like solipsism)

It beats Septic X. Troll, the Craven Capon's theory that there must be
an impossibility of any gods.
Only those whose theories claim "must" have anything to prove. These
include the dogmatic anti-theists like Septic X. Troll, the Craven
Capon, who claim that there must not be any gods as well as the dogmatic
theists who claim that there must be some god.
Those whose theories are content with "might" and do not insist on
"must", including all agnostics who reject both the dogmatic anti-theist
and dogmatic theist theories as unproven, need only fear proof that
their theories are wrong.
