Serious cocaine abuse can reduce I.Q. over a period of time

This means that it is possible for a person with high intelligence while at college, to have low
intelligence during middle age.
A low intelligence middle aged cocaine abuser might still possess high qualifications acquired
while young.
Such high qualifications might fool some people, and they might even vote for such a person
in an election, but sooner or later they'll find out that person is a dope.
