Several Thoughts Regarding Wisconsin Government |
First, I'd like to start off on a positive note:
I briefly spoke to Congressman Steve Kagen's Washington office staffer whose
name is 'Jeff'. He is an example of what is 'right' with Wisconsin
government. The guy truly cares about what's been going on out here (even
showed he's up on what's going on in Marinette politics). He has the true
'Mr. Smith Goes to Washington' attitude that bodes well for the future of
the state -- *if* he doesn't become jaded and cynical after his exposure to
all of this. Jeff, in his own way, signaled the end for me. There is nothing
going to be done to help me. For reasons not divulged, Daniel J. Miron will
go unpunished. *My* thoughts as to why the piece of living human crap is
getting away with what he's done is that I believe the dirt-bag has (a)
*something* on the Democrats (perhaps some unethical Democrat 'hanky-panky')
that he would expose to the media if the Democrats were to lean a little too
hard on him, or (b) cut some kind of political sweet-heart deal with the
Democrats that was too 'sweet' to resist. I believe it is the latter. But
regardless, Wisconsin Democrats have elected to do nothing about him and
leave me to languish out here and suffer until I can't take it no more and
take matters into my own hands. So much for Wisconsin Democrats caring about
one of their own.
Before moving on, I need to report that 'Jeff' was not the only Wisconsin
Democrat staffer who showed genuine caring and concern in regards to my
plight. 'Becka', a staffer out of Governor Doyle's office, and a female
staffer working for Congresswoman, Tammy Baldwin have stood out in my mind.
As did one other male staffer working for Governor Doyle whose name I now
fail to recall. The staffers 'Bart' (I believe) and a female colleague whose
name I failed to ask working out of the Wisconsin Board of Ethics were just
*exemplary*! I mean they don't get any better. Several more Kagen staffers
come to mind. As do a couple of staffers working for Senator Russ Feingold.
Even a staffer working for *Republican* Representative, Jeffrey Mursau,
needs to be given a tip of the cap. If he could ever keep the inherent
integrity he possesses and step out on his own, he'd make just a terrific
Republican that everyone would be proud of. His name? It's 'Andy'.
That is what has been so disheartening about my ordeal out here. There have
been just some first-rate Wisconsin government workers who are a great
credit to their state. It's their 'bosses' that stink up the joint.
On to other things.
It *does* appear that my insurance company *did* submit two copies of the
very same $5,000 check to the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of
Insurance ('OCI') thus making the total I received in the way of 'loss of
possessions' money $20,000 instead of $15,000. I was actually entitled to
receive up to $25,000 but, judging from one of the letters sent me by and
OCI investigator and one sent me by the insurance company, I *refused* to
sit there at that settlement meeting and fill out the inventory sheets
detailing what possessions I lost -- never mind that I had *already* spoken
to the insurance agent shortly before the meeting and informed him I did not
have the time to fill them out. And never mind that if I *had*, the names of
my two half-brothers had been 'penciled' in below mine -- thus giving them
the legal right to demand a full one-third share of that money despite
personally owning NOTHING, and that's *nothing* with a capital 'N" -- in
that house.
And for good measure I brought two hard drives to that meeting that had
serial numbers and the like of items that were destroyed in the blaze to
show Miron as a gesture I needed more time to work on the 'loss of
possessions info.' The inventory sheets weren't even an issue at that
meeting. And I was most *certainly* never asked to sit there and fill out an
inventory list of every single item of mine that was destroyed in the blaze
right then and there! How gullible can OCI investigators get?
But back to the 'missing' $5,000 and the copies of those two $5,000 checks
with the same serial number. How does an OCI investigator miss *that*? (I
still haven't found *every* scrap of documentation, but Maple Valley Mutual
Insurance Company's (MVMIC's) own payout sheets show they only issued *one*
$5,000 check to me. And that's the insurance company's very own record of
payouts!
But do you know what? Doesn't make a hoot of difference. Has no impact on
what's been done to me out here at all. Wisconsin OCI *clearly* knows that
MVMIC worked in concert with my attorney, Daniel J. Miron to defraud me of
money. So does every Congressman and Senator I faxed my 'your ***** is grass,
Daniel J. Miron' documents to. And that includes Governor Jim Doyle.
Wisconsin Democrats have simply decided that they're not going to punish
Miron *or* the insurance company, and that's *that*!
What is most surprising about all this is that Wisconsin is regarded as a
quite a 'liberal' state. The Freedom From Religion Foundation is actually
headquartered in Madison; the very capital of Wisconsin. So what gives?
Once again, I need to remind you all that it is *impossible* for me to
secure the services of an attorney or a law firm in the very county I live
in because of the iron grip attorney Miron exerts over it. And he's a
REPUBLICAN of enormous wealth and power who the Democrats have the 'goods'
on. He just absolutely *breeds* corruption! He's turned police officers into
his personal lap-dog flunkies -- much to the dismay and heartache of their
fellow officers. Why not bring this guy down?
I deeply disturbed and disheartened by the fact that the atheist community
didn't have enough 'firepower' to positively affect the outcome. Hell,
perhaps it may have even hindered things. But if that were actually the
case, I can't cry about it. We atheists damn well know that the religious
right has played the role of 'Evil' in this tragedy. There is absolutely no
doubt about that whatever. When my opposition actually approaches a
Christian minister, a man of the cloth, and asks him to cease bringing me
any more food, you *know* that only evil people are capable of doing such
things. Only EVIL people.
Well, that's it for now. I only have one more phone call to make today in
this regard -- a pointless one to be sure -- but I'll make it nevertheless.
And *that* will be *that*!
In closing I'd like you all to think about the following long and hard: It
is just one lone single solitary individual who is primarily behind my
misery and suffering. If he so chose to do so, it could all come to an end
beginning *today* -- if he so chose to do so. Here's a man who has more
wealth and power than many can only *dream* about. And look at how he's
chosen to use that wealth and power: to crush one lone atheist like one
would a crawling insect. Hmmm, now *that's* powerful. It would only take
several high-powered, high-level Wisconsin Democrats to pick up the phone
and just *ask* that he atone for his deplorable behavior and do 'right' by
me. All he could say is, 'No'. But not one of these high-powered Wisconsin
Democrats will even bother to pick up the phone and ask Miron to reverse
himself and come to my rescue -- if anything, on humanitarian grounds alone
You've got to ask yourselves, 'Why in the hell, not!' Is there no care or
concern in their hearts? Are they *that* callous? If so, why should they
even *think* they should be re-elected?

I apologize. I am now keenly aware that I am having difficulty posting. I
can't focus properly. I'm trying my best to make my posts as accurate and
intelligible as I can. It's a losing battle. The frustration, murderous
anger, stress, incredibly deep despair and disappointment have all taken an
enormous toll on me; both mentally and physically. There's nothing I can do
about it.
I need to clarify that business about that $5,000 check. Wisconsin OCI is
under the assumption I was paid *$20,000* in way of 'loss of possessions'
whereas the insurance company's own payout sheets show I was paid only
*$15,000* -- well short of the $25,000 I was entitled to. What I came across
from documents forwarded to me from OCI were a copy of a $5,000 check that
was badly transmitted when faxed and hard to make out clearly, and a
photocopied copy of a $5,000 check -- *both* bearing the same serial number!
But as stated below. It hardly matters, does it? I'll be so bold as to say
here and now that I don't believe anyone reading these words will come
across a more blatant example of 'collusion' between an insurance company
and one's own attorney in your *life*! And yet Wisconsin government
officials have decided to turn a blind eye do *nothing* about it.
Okay, there's probably more 'mistakes' I need to correct but I'm getting as
sick as this as you all are reading about it. I'm a psychological mess. I'm
at the end of my rope. You just wish that if these damn Democrats aren't
going to do anything about Miron and his army of kiss-butts, they'd show the
decency, the mercy, show some pity, show some compassion and see to it that
I get something slipped to me so that I can go off into oblivion painlessly.
Who would know? But I know they won't. Better to let someone lanquish in a
tortured state and take care of business himself, eh'?
Last thing here: I am going to die a proud atheist. There's not a chance in
this universe that I'm ever going to come within a *galaxy* of being a
'Christian'. Whatever happens, don't you all forget that. My Indiana
brother, 'Steve', can pay for a funeral and have ten bibles placed in my
dead hands and around the inside of my casket; could even have an 'exorcism'
performed on me in honor of Miron and the rest of the insane Catholics who
have been involved in my torture and mistreatment for all I care; can even
have a picture of Jesus placed on my chest if wants to. No amount of
disrespect is going to change the fact that I died a PROUD atheist. And
*that*s that!
I'm off to sleep.
