Object: Signing off
Considering that I've never made any real connections here in alt.atheism,
saying goodbye to the group will be of no consequence. Besides, I still have
my groups on photography and football, so I'll just go back to them. To the
few who made me feel welcome I bid "farewell". To "LC", I wish you goodluck
in your pursuits. It appears Mr.'s "J Young & JC Roe" has you seeing
him/them in your sleep.

Don't go away mad.
Just go away.
Wipe away those crocodile tears, J...errr, "Wilson".
And don't let the proverbial door hit you in the *****.
In any event, there's little doubt you'll be returning under your usual nym
soon enough. Hell, you killed off "JC Roe" almost immediately, and we know
that you can't bear to stay away long.
Btw, even your sign off betrays your unmistakable scent:
"You're seeing me even in your sleep. I know it to be true because I
haven't posted under this name in weeks. You are such a fucking idiot
cocksucking troll that you are too stupid to know when you're being
had. YOU FUCKING *****!!!!!"

Dang! I should have replied to the post that you got that hearty chuckle out
of. I *was* going to. Didn't though. <*THUMP*! [sound of my right foot

Wilson, you've been in alt.atheism a very short time -
not really enough time to make connections. I always
read your messages and enjoy them. If I or others
don't always respond to them, it doesn't mean that
you are boring or disliked or anything like that. There
are so many posters in alt.atheism that you literally
have to fight for a response at times. Please try to
continue. Really good posters are few and far between.
Remember, with all the trolls we have invading this
newsgroup, people have become slow to trust. Don't
take that personally.

Thankyou very much for your hospitality. I know as the 'newbie' not to
expect much in the way of responses for at least a few months [ I've been
posting enough years with my other interests to know how ng's work.] What I
don't want to be is a disruption to the others, and with my newfound troll
'friend' following me around, I would become a distraction. I find no value
dealing with those people. Maybe a short sabbatical from me will suffice
(?).
I'll be leaving Friday on a short vacation to see the in-laws down in
Milledgeville, Georgia and will be back in about 2 weeks. I look foward to
coming back and joining the fold. ( Does that expression sound corny? ) Best
Wishes till then!

Indeed.
