SILVERMAN TONIGHT (Friday, Jan. 14) ON MSNBC SCARBOROUGH COUNTRY
TO DISCUSS EVOLUTION DISCLAIMER STICKER FRACAS
DAVE SILVERMAN, Communications Director for American Atheists will be among
the guests tonight (with Al Franken and George Clooney) on the popular
MSNBC program "Scarborough Country" with Joe Scarborough.
Dave will be talking about the recent court decision which struck down a
Georgia school district practice where "warning labels" were placed in
biology science texts advising students that evolution was "only a theory."
Dave supports the court, and says that schemes like "intelligent design" or
ID are simply scams to smuggle religion into the public school classroom.
