Earlier today I sent off a letter to a collection agency explaining why I
feel I should not have to pay a over $4,300.00 bill submitted to it by the
very agency whose very employees were ultimately for my harrowing,
absolutely horrific Bay Area Medical Center (Marinette, WI) 'experience' and
aftermath. I'm afraid I may have 'mangled' it.
This goes to the very point, however, that it has been impossible to get
legal representation in Marinette County, Wisconsin to go up against the
individual who 'runs it' as though it were his own personal fiefdom. I'm
speaking here, of course, of one Daniel J. Miron: Corrupt
corruption-breeding machine extraordinaire.
This all, in turn, goes to the matter of Wisconsin elected officials, as far
as I'm aware, doing nothing about the creature. Here you have a culture of
corruption who abused the law and acted criminally being 'covered' for by
Wisconsin elected officials and the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation.
To add insult to injury, not only has he and Wisconsin ADAPT employees
gotten clean away with what they've done (not to mention the Maple Valley
Mutual Insurance Company [Lena, WI office]), but *proper* Wisconsin law may
now be employed to make me suffer even further. In other words, Miron has
been able to successfully violate Wisconsin law and the ethical behavior an
attorney is inherently mandated to exhibit when acting on behalf of his own
client, but change 'skins' and possibly use Wisconsin law to compound my
mistreatment.
What are the 'good' Wisconsin elected officials aware of my utterly
defenseless position and mistreatment out here doing about my plight? You
tell me. I haven't a clue what Governor Doyle, Senator Roger Breske, or any
other Wisconsin Democrat (*or* Republican for that matter) has plans to do
about what Daniel J. Miron has been ultimately responsible for to date. One
thing I *can* report with all but certitude, however: None of them are going
to pick up the phone and ask the living piece of human crap to 'atone' for
the grievous wrongs done me and see to it that he do 'right' by me.
A phone call to one lone single solitary individual asking he put an end to
my three years plus of suffering -- and not a one of em' will do it. What
does that say to you all about caring about the welfare and well-being of
their constituents on the part of Wisconsin elected officials? I sure hope
like heck that something is going on behind the scenes to see Marinette
County, Wisconsin is 'fumigated' and Miron and his corrupt cronies and army
of kiss-butts are made to run for cover and Marinette 'sanitized' and
brought back to health as a result. The corruption is so foul and odious
here in Marinette County, Wisconsin that if the wind is blowing in just the
right direction and you open up a window or two you may smell its stench all
the way over to where *you* live! (It's *that* bad! Thanks to one Daniel J.
Miron -- corrupt corruption-breeding machine extraordinaire!)
I've *got* to believe some very good, noble-minded, golden hearted men and
women of virtue are doing their very best to topple the dirt-bag like that
statue of Saddam Hussein was toppled in a Baghdad square years ago.
I've *got* to believe Wisconsin has some extremely dedicated individuals
bent on seeing that the wanton, cancerous, corruption that has afflicted
Marinette County so perversely is well on its way to being a thing of the
past. One can only hope.
In the meantime, that letter I sent the collection agency may eventually
turn out to be the final nail in my coffin. It won't if Wisconsin elected
officials stand tall and make a determined effort to make Miron do right by
me. Otherwise it will . . . until *who* knows when some future Wisconsin
elected official finally has the wherewithal and the *will* to bring down
the hyena like the lion it will take to be successful in doing so.
C'mon, Wisconsin elected officials, show the nation that there *are*
officials of the highest standards at work in Madison and in our nation's
capitol!
Don't go along with 'corruption as usual'! And don't give the members of the
religious right out my way a 'victory' and my dead body as a 'trophy'
neither. Anyone who would treat another human being as inhumanely as I've
been treated out here is *No* true 'Christian' *That* you can be sure of.
Show some integrity. Do something you may find personally distasteful: go to
the aid of an atheist in dire straights. You'll be doing the 'right' thing,
you know. And somewhere down the road Wisconsin voters will thank you by
voting for someone who showed real 'character'.
