Some Good News ... of Sorts |
That veritable armada of flies that has been tormenting me to no end has all
but been cleared from the skies. (And not a day too soon!)
Minister 'Fred' came here yesterday with two cans of *very* effective
fly-spay. He also told me he feels that the sheer level of corruption in
Marinette County is just too much to deal with and that nothing's going to
be done about it in time -- certainly not in time to help maneuver me out of
the death-ride I'm now caught up in.
Must say, however, the abrupt end to my being continually tormented by those
damn flies *is* a nice change of pace. Now if only Minister Fred could bring
out some hand-grenades and a flame-thrower to help bring to an end that
infestation of corruption spawned by one Daniel J. Miron and his associates.
I guess that's why such thoughts are referred to as 'wishful thinking' with
no hope of being realized. It *must* be that if even our elected officials
look at it in exactly those terms.
