Object: Someone please confirm that the MD5 checksum requested was received
Respond to the thread "Prediction for 8/23/2004 MD5 checksum request" where
I provided the checksum and just say something like "MD5 checksum received
on Sunday. Confirmed."
The more conformations, the better.

I saw the following in the other thread.

I used the two lines Maximus provided above, followed by my prediction
sentence, then I generated an MD5 checksum. I placed that checksum as the
final line and generated a new MD5 checksum which I posted above. That

way,

two MD5 checksums could be verified, the first one included in generating
the other posted above.

As I said in the other thread, I don't think there
is any point to the second checksum step, but
we can handle it.
But hey! That's not the prefix text I gave you.
How do we know this 'Maximus' (if that is indeed
his real name!) isn't your coconspirator?....
Just joking. I don't think the prefix matters as
long as it is ascii English.
(But I do like my "The laws of probability
and thermodynamics are inviolate" better.
And 'memory' has nothing to do with this test.)
I look forward to the drawing then your clear
text prediction.

Confirmed. There were ">" characters at the start of the 2 lines of
text--did you include these in the checksum too?

Forget it, see new washingtonpost.com thread.

The date is invalid. There is no 23rd month in 2004 or any year.
Please limit the month number to no greater than 12.

You're in a different country than the USA? In the USA we specify the month
first, then day, then year.
Or if it's unclear to you, Monday August 23rd, 2004 at 8pm EST.
