Object: something for Atheists to think about...
I put this question on a Jewish forum
it says in the OT/Tanach that Creator God is a Jealous God
seeing as you are waiting for the Messiah
or at least some of you see yourself as Messiah-like, as I claim to be
Christ-like
are you Jealous of the fact that people claim that Jesus was the
Messiah?
If you are Jealous do you see it is because you have God-like
characteristics?

I find that I have dog-like characteristics. I howl at the moon, make a

Robyn, everyone should aspire to improve what they do best. It's obvious
that footybet is very good at being incoherent but there is still some
room for improvement. I feel it behoves us to support him in his attempt
at being the most incoherent christer out there.
Personally I would give him a eight out of ten for this effort.

I second that. I have 3 pair of pants exactly alike, well made, they
should last years. They get washed after being worn for 14 hours
(usually two days as I change as soon as I get home). This way I don't
have to make colour coordination decisions. White T-shirts and kahki
pants are all I need.

Men, including myself for many years, would rather suffer intense pain
than admit we are aging and outgrowing our pants. I wear regular pants
just a little tight when I go out to work but quickly change, with a
huge sigh of relief I might add, into sweats when I get home.
I have seen stretch jeans for men but not often. I have seen stretch
cords for men frequently. I personaly don't like cords though so I never
buy them.

Some men, that is.
It took me 20 years, (my 42nd birthday to be exact) to break 150lbs.
That was after 8 years of military services, and 4 years of sitting on
my butt doing computer work. (I'm counting from the time I was 21 and
"officially" stopped growing)
I was over joyed to be able to by pants, with extra inches on the waist.
Granted, going from a 32 to 34 inch waist is no big deal for some folks,
but for me, it was a gold start day.

ridiculous. I've found that stretch denim is wonderful! But, I don't
believe they make mens jeans in that material :)

Men, including myself for many years, would rather suffer intense
pain than admit we are aging and outgrowing our pants. I wear regular
pants just a little tight when I go out to work but quickly change,
with a huge sigh of relief I might add, into sweats when I get home.

I have seen stretch jeans for men but not often. I have seen stretch
cords for men frequently. I personaly don't like cords though so I
never buy them.

Some men, that is.

It took me 20 years, (my 42nd birthday to be exact) to break 150lbs.
That was after 8 years of military services, and 4 years of sitting on
my butt doing computer work. (I'm counting from the time I was 21 and
"officially" stopped growing)

I was over joyed to be able to by pants, with extra inches on the
waist.

Granted, going from a 32 to 34 inch waist is no big deal for some
folks, but for me, it was a gold start day.

If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you?
My youngest brother who is 6"3-1/2" was 145lbs up until his early 30's.
I found *that* disgusting. (I was 180lbs at that age)

My husband was 165 pounds when I met him 14 years ago. Now he's about 210
(he's almost 6'4"). Of course, he blames this on my cooking. Shoot, it
wasn't like I forced him to have thirds! :)

Yup, they do. My dad wasn't in the least pudgy, but he had back

of them.

I kick ***** in Korean. Hapkido.
It depends on what kind of condition you are in when you first start
learning to kick *****. I started old (44) and only got to blue belt
before my knees and hips became problems.

I'm about to turn 50 (August). I don't suffer from the normal type of
arthritis, I suffer from Gout, which has attacked some atypical joints
in my body. My wife, who just turned 51, has arthritis in both hands,
some days are quite painful for her. Luckily I can still open jars for
her.

I once thought I had gout. Hurt just about everywhere for six
years. Then two weeks in a row I got really sick after eating a lot of
pepper laced mexican food at my ex mother in laws, mostly a combination
of lethargy and joint/muscle pain with indigestion due to caffiene excess
which I had been taking to override the lethargy. One day, I thought I
had a heart attack the symptoms were so bad.
My doctor was baffled. I went on the net and stumbled across a
letter from a
50 year old gentleman who had similar symptoms but had diagnosed himself
with a nightshade allergy. He just stopped eating potatos, peppers
including Cayenne peppers but not black pepper of course, and tomatoes
and had a dramatic change in his body. In a week, lethargy went away,
joint pain went away, it was like having a new body he said.
As I am fifty, I followed suit. Same thing happened. All the
joint/muscle went away, no more lethargy, and in my case, no more
feeling of my face swelling which was very uncomfortable. I am a new
man physically...just by stopping some simple foods I can live without.
But every time I cheat, I pay for it with return of the symptoms which
fortunately clear up within a day.
I can't say this would help any one of ya'll, but this is
something Drs don't seem to want to deal with. Not saying it will give
you any relief at all, just a possibility it might give you some relief.
