Object: Something Positive.
Robyn, you asked me a question a while ago and I never got around to
answering it. You asked about the girl who waved to Davan and got hit by
a car. My response was going to be that Milholland has never done
anything like that without it paying off eventually.
I was reminded just now, by this comic:

(And, of course, Davan was the one who billed her for the ambulance ride.)

Actually, I found out who it was this morning (Work's been
reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally slow). Too bad about Davan's parents. That really
sucks :(

Yep, that's the one.

But, of course ;)
Now, I'm just waiting for him to explain the cat and the bloody dead bodies
;)

Wasn't it Hemingway who said that all true stories end in death? I have
to hand it to Milholland, he doesn't flinch from having Things Happen to
his characters. Of course, he also doesn't flinch from pouring on heaping
gobs of irony. He set up Faye's death months earlier, when she refused to
stay home with her husband that day. Then, when she _does_ stay home...

(And, of course, Davan was the one who billed her for the ambulance ride.)

Heh.

;)

Did you notice Mickey's head on top of the refrigerator in one scene?
He's on the phone, the cat is on top of the refrigerator and one of the
containers is a glass jar with Mickey's head in it.

I was totally shocked when that happened.

Oh my. I'll have to take a look for that one. Funny, but the other day my
daughter asked me if we should ever get another cat, what would I name it.
I yelled out "Choo-Choo Bear!" She was like "Are you kidding me?" It was
pretty funny ;)

Thankfully, neither of my cats are as huggable as Choo-Choo Bear, but one
does come close ;)
