Something Stinks in the State of Wisconsin -- And it Ain't the 'Cheese' I'm Referring To! |
This is in reference to my post a step or two down from this.
It is now beginning to make some sense. The reason Congressman Kagen, and
perhaps even Senator Breske and Governor Doyle have failed to do *anything*
in regards to Miron and my plight out here (save Senator Breske making sure
medical personnel finally came out to examine my severely infected heels --
though I now wonder if he actually *did* play any part in that) is that key
staffers with an excessive devotion to Jesus and a certain detachment of the
religious right have seen to it that *this* atheist is given no quarter.
Mental illness talk, you say? Well then *you* tell me why Wisconsin
Democrats have failed to do *anything* in regards to my plight out here.
What could *possibly* be the motivation behind so callous a disregard
towards a constituent of the Democrat persuasion in favor of a corrupt,
corruption *breeding*, culture of corruption, big-wig Republican? I'm all
ears.
I should note that during all this, the only elected official to call me
personally -- and that on *two* separate occasions -- was *Republican*
Representative, Jeffrey Mursau. Not a single phone call from a single
Democrat. (Received a rather nice letter from Senator Russ Feingold a long
ways back, though.) How to explain this?
I cannot even *begin* to emphasize how damning those documents in regard to
Daniel J. Miron and the insurance company are. I mean this is absolutely
'I've got you by the balls, you filthy *****!' kind of damning evidence.
It's irrefutable. And as I've often times stated before, NONE of the
Democrats whose offices I've faxed those documents to have even *attempted*
to contest the fact that collusion took place in order to defraud me. That
has never been in dispute. The very best they've been able to come up with
is that they're helpless to do anything about it and that I need to secure
an attorney -- knowing damn well that that's like asking for it to snow in
Hell! The jerks!
Another thing: I've been recently told that those 17-some pages of
documentation I faxed to Congressman Kagen's Washington's office have been
'lost'. Oh really. 'Lost' my *who*? I'd like to know. And the Appleton
office was faxed most of those documents -- and long ago I might add.
Doesn't the Washington office have a fax machine or two lying around?
Tell me some over-zealous Jesus freaks aren't having a little sadistic fun
at my expense or something! Anyone got a better explanation as to why a
Wisconsin atheist and resident in Congressman Kagen's 8th Congressional
District is being treated worse than the Islamic terrorists beng held
captive at Guantanamo Bay?
Please read Congressman Kagen's 'bio' at http://kagen.house.gov/bio.shtml
and tell me if you think the good Congressman would stand for my brutal
mistreatment for even 10 minutes if he were aware of what has been going on
out here. He took the Oath of Hippocrates and has shown beyond a shadow of a
doubt he cares about the disadvanged and exploited among us. Hell, you
haven't done too badly when the likes of Lou Dobbs has spoken glowingly
about you.
A little too 'far-fetched' an idea ... that over-zealous Christians in high
places might be deliberately seeing to it that an atheist receives no help
from 'God's children'? Again, I'd like to hear a better explanation if
that's *not* the case.
But *if* it is, what to do next?
I was promised a 'call-back' by that Kagen staffer. But I'm going to call
him instead in about an hour and a half and see if he can give me a
definitive answer as to whether or not Congressman Kagen is *personally*
aware of my situation in regards to Miron and my pitiless 'neighbors' out
here. (I was told when last I pressed the question, 'I don't know'!!
Now as I sit and type this I am becoming more and more convinced that a
number of staffers are 'covering' for Miron -- and not because he's a
Catholic!
The fact that there was this sudden urge to see what could be done to help
me out here after being coolly told nothing could *after* demanding to know
with certainty that Representative Kagen was aware of my plight is all too
suspicious.
Stay tuned.

This is in reference to my post a step or two down from this.
This version has been revised, corrected. (I need to discipline myself to
carefully re-read my posts -- and *pronto*.)
It is now beginning to make some sense. The reason Congressman Kagen, and
perhaps even Senator Breske and Governor Doyle have failed to do
*anything* in regards to Miron and my plight out here (save Senator Breske
making sure medical personnel finally came out to examine my severely

Mental-illness talk, you say? Well then *you* tell me why Wisconsin
Democrats have failed to do *anything* in regards to my plight out here.
What could *possibly* be the motivation behind so callous a disregard
towards a constituent of the Democrat persuasion in favor of a corrupt,

I cannot even *begin* to emphasize how damning those documents in regard
to Daniel J. Miron and the insurance company are. I mean this is
absolutely 'I've got you by the balls, you filthy *****!' kind of damning
evidence. It's irrefutable. And as I've often times stated before, NONE of
the Democrats whose offices I've faxed those documents to have even
*attempted* to contest the fact that collusion took place in order to
defraud me. That has never been in dispute.
The fact that both the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation and Wisconsin
Office of the Commissioner of Insurance rendered a clean bill of health and
found 'no impropriety' nor any 'professional misconduct' on the part of
either Miron or the insurance agents involved is *deeply* disturbing. It is
sickeningly disturbing. It is also so laughable and ridiculous a set of
conclusions that I dare not publish the documents for fear some you may just
laugh yourselves to death. *That's* how transparent the collusion between my
attorney and the insurance company is. Miron wasn't working on behalf of
myself or acting in my best interests at that
'never-should-have-even-been-held, so-called 'settlement meeting' because
every dime was to go directly to *me*, the named insured. Instead, Miron was
secretly working on behalf of my out-of-state brothers (and to a large
degree, the insurance company). There is no mistaking *that* whatsoever.
Okay, that's for whoever oversees 'OLR' and 'OCI' to deal with at a future
date. In the meantime one Marinette County atheist continues to be beaten,
clubbed, like a baby seal -- figuratively speaking.
The very best they've been able to come up with
is that they're helpless to do anything about it and that I need to secure
an attorney -- knowing damn well that that's like asking for it to snow in
Hell! The jerks!

Could I think the above could possibly be true? Well, how else to explain
what has gone on?
Last word (Whew! I almost forgot why I 'revised' this post.): I have
absolutely NO idea what you all have been told by the staffers you have
contacted on my behalf (or even in *support* of those mistreating me out
here). No idea whatsoever. Mum's the word with these people. If you think
you've just been 'humored' and your expression of outrage go in one ear and
out the other, we need to remember this: These people are public servants
being paid to do the public's business. They *don't* receive a pay-check for
coddling rich, corrupt, movers and shakers. They get paid by *them* with
something commonly referred to as 'bribes'.

Here is the 'contact' link to his office, Michael:
http://kagen.house.gov/contact.shtml
Michael, this is beginning to stink so bad of corruption *combined* with a
detestation of the atheist that if the wind is blowing in the right
direction and you open a few windows, *you* might detect the stench
Wisconsin politically-related wrong-doing all the way out by *your* home.
This is a situation the atheist community really needs to band together
about. There has been something going on out here that I feel is
unprecedented here in the U.S. I can't think of anything even *remotely*
like this being done to an atheist by his community and its leaders.
I'm sure many an atheist and Christian of good conscience keeping up with
what's been going on out here originally thought this was some kind of
'joke' or the ranting of an out-and-out lunatic. I can assure you, *that* is
*not* the case. What's been done to me out here is all too real. Perhaps the
surreal, Twilight-zonish nature of what I've reported has caused not just
one of the freethinkers reading my words to dismiss them as 'preposterous'.
And I sure as heck couldn't blame them if that's the case. But I think
enough overwhelming evidence is now in that confirms that what I've been
reporting has been the truth as well as I could deliver it.
Michael, the atheist community (as well as that of the community of
Christians who are just as appalled and disgusted by what's been done out
here) needs to address the obscenity that is going on out here with one,
strenuous, will not tolerate it, voice. And Michael, when someone with your
formidable skills, is left dazed with disbelief, something *is* seriously
wrong. This is a noble, just reason for the community to raise a little
'cane'. This is something that just must not be tolerated.

I also expect that you may, at times, get somewhat disheartened with

I cannot speak on behalf of the other readers, (of course), yet get
the impression that many of them feel that they are "out of their
depth" in relation to your egregiously obscene case of theistic
subjection, which is why they choose not reply to your screams from
Torquamada's torture chamber.
They feel out of their depth, as do I on odd occasions.
And if they cannot confront the mere thought of it themselves, that
only goes to demonstrate what abject agony you must be enduring.
This is by way of informing you that I, and many others, are most
definitely "staying tuned".
That may, or may not be, a comfort to you, but it is very real.
You are not shouting into blank space, however you may feel.

Those are the most comforting spirit-lifting words you could have possibly
have written, Michael. And yes, I've had little doubt that quite a few
members of the freethinking community have been keeping tabs on the
obscenities being perpetrated out here by self-righteous, sanctimonious,
pathetic excuses for a 'Christian' one is ever likely to encounter. (I still
find it hard to believe they've approached a Christian minister and, in
effect, asked him to help starve me to death ... words fail me.)
I have renewed hope flowing through my veins at this moment, Michael. With
so many individuals of good heart and noble conscience aware of my plight.
It *will* be addressed. And by some rather powerful Wisconsin Politicians
too, I suspect. This is a stain on the State of Wisconsin. And all because
of one loathsome creature the state has allowed to throw his foul weight
around for far too long.
Thank you so much, Michael. And a heart-felt thanks to the rest of you all
supportive of me as well.

I admit that there are some gems to be found in that dross of crudity,
and I sympathize wholeheartedly with your (quite plainly earnest)
urgings.
But I fear that you are taking quite the wrong approach by which to
ensure you intended goal, my good man.
The destination is admirable.
Your angle of attack is not quite so admirable, I'm afraid.
But I give you 9 out of 10 for forthright and blunt honesty.
You don't get much of that these days.

The destination is admirable.
Your angle of attack is not quite so admirable, I'm afraid.
But I give you 9 out of 10 for forthright and blunt honesty.
You don't get much of that these days.

This is in reference to my post a step or two down from this.
It is now beginning to make some sense. The reason Congressman Kagen, and
perhaps even Senator Breske and Governor Doyle have failed to do
*anything*
in regards to Miron and my plight out here (save Senator Breske making
sure
medical personnel finally came out to examine my severely infected
heels --
though I now wonder if he actually *did* play any part in that) is that
key
staffers with an excessive devotion to Jesus and a certain detachment of
the
religious right have seen to it that *this* atheist is given no quarter.
I cannot even *begin* to emphasize how damning those documents in regard
to
Daniel J. Miron and the insurance company are. I mean this is absolutely
'I've got you by the balls, you filthy *****!' kind of damning evidence.
It's irrefutable. And as I've often times stated before, NONE of the
Democrats whose offices I've faxed those documents to have even
*attempted*
to contest the fact that collusion took place in order to defraud me. That
has never been in dispute.
Please read Congressman Kagen's 'bio' at http://kagen.house.gov/bio.shtml
and tell me if you think the good Congressman would stand for my brutal
mistreatment for even 10 minutes if he were aware of what has been going
on
out here. He took the Oath of Hippocrates and has shown beyond a shadow of
a
doubt he cares about the disadvanged and exploited among us. Hell, you
haven't done too badly when the likes of Lou Dobbs has spoken glowingly
about you.
A little too 'far-fetched' an idea ... that over-zealous Christians in
high
places might be deliberately seeing to it that an atheist receives no help
from 'God's children'? Again, I'd like to hear a better explanation if
that's *not* the case.
But *if* it is, what to do next?
I was promised a 'call-back' by that Kagen staffer. But I'm going to call
him instead in about an hour and a half and see if he can give me a
definitive answer as to whether or not Congressman Kagen is *personally*
aware of my situation in regards to Miron and my pitiless 'neighbors' out
here. (I was told when last I pressed the question, 'I don't know'!!
Now as I sit and type this I am becoming more and more convinced that a
number of staffers are 'covering' for Miron -- and not because he's a
Catholic!
The fact that there was this sudden urge to see what could be done to help
me out here after being coolly told nothing could *after* demanding to
know
with certainty that Representative Kagen was aware of my plight is all too
suspicious.
Stay tuned.
Greywolf
I thought you may wish to know that I *read* all of your posts as, I
expect, do many others.
I also expect that you may, at times, get somewhat disheartened with
the lack of responses to same.
Greywolf
As I have said elsewhere, should I 'make the chance arise' that I
should "happen to bump into" Australia's Foreign Minister, (who deals
with political refugee matters such as yours), I shall make sure that
your case is of primary import, even elevated above his and my petty
feud, which may be regarded as somewhat of a strain on my behalf. ;)
(But not above whether or not he buys me a beer.
There are some things that are inviolate in Aussie society.
Not even the Hatfields & the McCoys would refuse to buy the other a
schooner.)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_beer
I am now more than determined to ensure that such a "chance" meeting
occurs, even if I have to subtley assist the Fates in making it so.
http://messagenet.com/myths/bios/fates.html
If and when he chooses to come back to his and my home turf, that is.
I quite simply cannot afford to travel to Canberra at the moment,
(which I'm sure you'll appreciate).
It is my only real hope of exerting any influence on your behalf
beyond that of an ignorable email or two from a non-US citizen.
One of my sisters is on "speaking terms"** with our Prime Minister.
I shall attempt to determine what string she can pull.
Who knows?
But don't get your hope up just yet...
It will all have to be hush-hush you understand.
(I am assuming, of course that the Australian equivalent of your CIA
(ASIO) are not relaying these messages to Mr. Downer's minions for
scrutiny, which is not beyond belief, given my publicly known security
clearance.)
If they are reading this: Get your moral act together and do something
that would get you promoted!
Whilst I would be more than prepared to forfeit my federal security
clearance in order to gain your immunity, as it were, I would rather
that such would not be a requirement incumbent upon me.
** More salubrious than my "speaking terms" with our foreign minister,
the terms of which consist of mainly 4 letter words, and grunts, and a
heapin' helpin' of the poisonous grins that find themselves so
ineluctably attracted to the mouth slits of politicians.
Oh dear.
Did I say that?
I *am* slipping.
I shall do my best to resolve your situation.
As Einstein once alluded: to attempt more than one's utmost would be
folly.
