A minister turned himself in to Huntsville police Wednesday after his
wife filed domestic violence charges against him.
James Doggette, a senior pastor at Madison Mission Seventh-day
Adventist Church, was booked in the Madison County jail on a $5,000
bond.
Police spokesman Wendell Johnson said Doggette allegedly got into a
fight with his wife Nov. 19. When police arrived, Doggette wasn't
there, said Johnson.
