MONTGOMERY COUNTY -- A Catholic church deacon was arrested Wednesday
and accused of numerous sex offenses in the 1960s and 70s.
Dan Stallings, 71, was charged with 10 counts of incest for allegedly
having a sexual relationship with an underage family member.
Stallings lives in Silver Spring and has been serving as a deacon at
St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church there since 1986.
