LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Another former Lincoln Boy Scout is suing the
Scouts and the Lincoln Interfaith Council, alleging molestation by a
Scout leader five years ago.

The lawsuit was filed last week in Lancaster County District Court and
says the boy, now 19, was molested by the Reverend Norman Leach.

In 2004 Leach was sentenced to one year in jail after pleading no
contest to third-degree sexual assault.
