A former Texas A&M University administrator arrested on campus in
January for the molestation of four children was ordered Monday to
serve 100 years in stacked sentences.

In 1994, Phelps reminded jurors, Lancaster was arrested for groping a
14-year-old member of a church in Lampasas where he was interning as a
youth pastor. He was able to coerce someone in the justice system to
give him a break then -- having his charge reduced to a misdemeanor
and receiving probation. The result, Phelps said, was the molestation
of four others.
