A former Steuben county pastor accused of sex crimes with minors,
plead guilty Monday to all charges. Authorities say David Troup had
sexual contact with three boys in 2005 and 2006. The sex acts took
place at the Borden Baptist church in the Town of Woodhull, where he
served as pastor.
Police say the children were all younger than 13.
