(CBS) RIVERSIDE, Calif. A man described as playing a lesser role in a
$58.5 million investment scam will begin serving a four-year,
three-month federal prison term Oct. 26.
Randall Harding, sentenced Monday by U.S. District Judge Virginia A.
Phillips, pleaded guilty more than a year ago to wire fraud and money
laundering, according to the Press-Enterprise.
Harding ran JTL Financial Group, also called 'Just the Lord,' which
channeled money to MX Factors, a Riverside-based firm that authorities
said victimized more than 500 people through a Ponzi scheme.
