deal on charges of sexual assault involving an eleven-year-old member
of his congregation.
Fifty-two-year-old Modesto Reyes is charged with sexually assaulting
and impregnating the girl. He has turned down an offer to plead guilty
to sexual assault charges in exchange for a prison term of 15 years.
