A Baptist preacher from Cleveland Heights tried today to recant his
admission that he'd raped his stepdaughter and another pre-teen girl,
but a Cuyahoga County judge wouldn't allow it, and imprisoned the Rev.
Wayne Biles for 17 years.
That was the sentence Biles and prosecutors agreed upon when the
minister pleaded guilty on June 22 to charges of rape, kidnapping and
gross sexual imposition.
One victim is deaf and was 12 years old in 2005 when her parents
entrusted her to their pastor for a weekend so they could spend time
together working on marital issues. When her mother announced last
year that she would take the girl to the Biles' home again, her
daughter refused to go, and then broke down and told of the
molestation.

it was god's will,being raped was obviously part of god's "plan" why
else would a pastor do it?
