Special Rights For Heterosexuals And their Activist Judges |
Still heard is the very misguided statement that "I'm not for
the special rights for gay marriage and gay adoption. " What
Intersexuals, born that way, and homosexuals, want is equal
rights to the special rights that heterosexuals now enjoy.
Intersexuals and homosexuals want to exercise their
Fundamental right of marriage and procreation. Adoption
is a form of procreation, protected under thre 9th and 14th
Amendments. If a heterosexual can adopt then an intersexual
or homosexual must have the very same right or their
equal protection and due process of the law has been
violated. Same with marriage, if a man has the right to
marry a woman, then that woman must have the very same
right as that man to marry a woman or her equal protection
and due process of the law has been violated.
Skinner v. State OF OKL. Ex Rel. Williamson, 316 U.S. 535 (1942)
We are dealing here with legislation which involves one of the basic
civil rights of man. Marriage and procreation are fundamental
Judges are doing their jobs not being activist Judges. Sad that
the President calls the judges of the USA with denigrating
remarks as activist judges for them doing their Constitutional
duty.
Palmer v. Thompson, 403 U.S. 217, at 260-61 (1971)
"Public officials may not avoid a constitutional duty by bowing to
the effects of private prejudice, however widely or deeply held."
The judges are enforcing the demands of the state and US
Constitutions, to enforce the laws equally to all citizens. Not
just the ones conservatives pick and choose. At one time
they pick and chose that blacks cannot marry whites. Now
they say the very same things, they just moved on to a
new group to impose their power and control over. It helps
them feel superior, to have control over other's lives. The
President and the Pope wish to have arranged marriages,
only marriages that they personally approve. However the
right to choose lies within the individual not anyone else.
The US Consitution demands same sex marriage right now.
That is why the President is calling for a Marriage Ban
Amendment. He know same sex mariage is legal right
now, and wants to enshrine his bigotry in the Constitution.
The ones with the special rights are heterosexuals, who
can marry who they choose, who can adopt children without
concern of their sexual orientation, who can keep their jobs
without any concern of telling others of their mate, and
whom can fight for the country without fear that if found
out their sexual orientation, they will not be able to defend
the same loved ones that heterosexuals do.

What's the matter? Never quite get over those special rights allowed
for blacks and women?

Like the special rights to be in chains, beaten and sold?
Like the special rights to not vote, own property, or paid the same?
Like the special rights to not marry, adopt, keep a job or housing?
These are the special rights I seek to stop.
Heterosexuals have a special right to mary who they choose,
intersexuals and homosexuals do not.
