Nov. 28, 2005 issue - The office of Dr. D. Yogeswara Rao, head of
business development at India's Council of Scientific and Industrial
Research, doesn't exactly look like a nerve center of cutting-edge
research and development. Cluttered with stacks of documents and
crammed with the tattered furniture common to New Delhi's government
offices, Rao's domain looks like part of the landscape of old India.

Whatever India tries to do, if your Birth Rate exceeds your rate of
economic
growth, you obviously have a spriral into poverty.
India is into MumboJumbo and is not keeping up with its Birth Rate!
China is not!
Time will tell!

under such corrupitve officials, encouraged by such monopolist political
system,
no high-tech can be possible except to squander big money for inferior
white elephant !!!
what can be done in mainland is just those slavery jobs !!!!!!
