He's saying that if the woman doesn't want a baby she shouldn't be
stupid enough to get pregnant. Were you guys born this stupid?
Not stupid enough to make an arguement as dumb as McPhillips', that's for
sure.
Or don't women become pregnant from rape on your planet?
I don't know what he's thinking, but the logic stands if women don't
want to get raped then they should 1. not wear the mid-drift top with
the lowcut collar and a skirt that's so shirt it could actually pass
for a sash and 2. Stay off the freaking streets especially at night.
Besides, three forths of the women who charge men with rape are flat
out lying anyway. They go up to a guy acting all flirty and being all
consenual and when the guy finally touches the woman she up and
suddenly "changes her mind". That gives her the excuse she needs to
scream rape.
Hey, everyone, look this moron's been in a coma since the 1950s and
still believe that rape is a woman's fault.
"rc" dude, you are a vile morally reprehensible creature and should
immediately move to an island where there are no other people so that
your mere presence won't offend people. You're a pig and if I were a man
I'd be ashamed of sharing a gender with you, it's bad enough just having
to share a species with you.
Hey crackwhore, instead of posting ad hominem like some freaking child,
why don't you show some maturity and actually rebut me. Or are you
incapable of coming up with an actual argument against my posts?
[Mordant chuckle]
Mimi, we're gonna have to ask you to stop playing with right wingers
if you keep breaking them like this.
I just couldn't believe this moron's attitude that rape is the woman's
fault.

I just couldn't believe this moron's attitude that rape is the woman's
fault.

The statement was "the only ethical time to make that decision is
before getting pregnant." "That decision" the the decision to abort
the pregnancy. That decision usually *IS* made before getting
pregnant, as in "If I ever get pregnant I'm going to abort!"
Unlike the anti-choice Pro-Life/Pro-Abort crowd, Pro-Choice people do
not hold women to follow through on the decision to abort any unwanted
pregnancy. Pro-Choice has no problem with women recinding the
decision to abort any preganacy that might occur.

What's more, ethically, the woman is the only one that can
make the decision, and it is her decision that counts the most.
And the only ethical time to make that decision is
before getting pregnant.
EXACTLY!
Exactly wrong. The only time that the decision can even be made if
after the pregnancy starts. And her decision before the pregnancy
could have easily been to abort it if it occurred.
Women are not bound by your beliefs, demands, or opinions about what
they should and should not do. They are free-willed, intelligent (most
of them, anyway), independent people with their own opinions, beliefs,
and ways of life. They are not your slaves. And trying to ruin their
lives and punish them for having sex is useless and doomed to failure.
They have every right to tell you to take a very long walk off a very
short pier, and there is nothing you can do to force them to suffer for
your beliefs.

How can one make a decision about a current pregnancy BEFORE one is
pregnant? Especially about an unplanned pregnancy?
