You've got to love it. That combined with the absurdity involved with a
recent 'Definition of God?' ('God is the SON of God') post that I nominated
for TQOTM -- *added* to the fact that there is absolutely no undeniable,
unassailable proof for said 'God' (otherwise we atheists would be believin'
in him out our *****) -- goes to verify what a 'crock' the whole Jesus/God
'thing', is. If only the faithful would just be honest with themselves and
'chuck' the psychological religious 'crutch' they've become addicted to and
give 'reality' a go. I truly think they'd feel better about themselves for
not having to walk around with their heads in the clouds and be able to be
that 'better' person they wish they be without resorting to 'artificial'
means and methods.

Darn tootin'. The 'good', decent Christian, in my experience, can get a good
chuckle or two when it comes to their faith at times. They recognize the
fact that there are some 'problems' when it comes to their 'God', but then
again, they don't take 'Him' so seriously as the more rabid members of their
faith do. They are comfortable enough with their faith to realize that
non-believers have legitimate, serious, concerns regarding it and,
therefore, embrace a 'live, and let live' attitude in regards to religious
belief (and non-belief).
Nicely done, I thought. And very effective without being too 'offensive'.
