The good things about atheism |
The good things about atheism...
1) they see the ***** of religion
2) they see the joke of $churches
3) they see the commercialization of the whole $church $racket
4) they see how ridiculous it is to sit there in front of men and women
every Sunday talking of things they don't have a clue about
5) 1000's of different religious ways to heaven? really....hmmmm
6) doctrines that just don't make any sense at all...some say Rapture...some
say "just say no to rapture"
7) atheists say if this hell is from God I want nothing to do with him...I
don't blame them...been there...
8) they plainly see the phoniest of the quote "spirit filled" people
9) watch the newsgroups and see all the hate of...and in religion...
10) why would an atheists want to be apart of such obvious crap?
11) atheists are always looked down at by the worldly Christians...like they
really care...
12) atheist don't believe that if there is a God why go too church$....isn't
he everywhere?
13) to a atheist it's pretty obvious why going to church$ is so important$
14) atheist see allot of soap box preachers standing in front of the
congregations...and see right through them and see there's not much truth
coming from them lips
15) an atheists will wonder what in hell (if there's such a place) does
sinta claws and christ-mas got to do with anything...an atheist will look up
the history of such pagan wholly days and think this is just a bunch of B/S
plain and simple...it's real easy to look up the truth...an atheist will do
just that...most Christians are to lazy or too trusting of the soap
boxers...shame on them...
16) an atheist looks at easter and bunnies and eggs and look will it up the
history of it all and scratch their heads in disbelief and say "you got to
be kidding"...this is Christianity?? "just a bunch of brain washed fools is
all it is"
17) atheists say there is no God...gee I wonder why? hmmm
18) atheists hear from religion that the earth is 7000 years old...they say
What! really? when clearly it's much older than that...Hmmmm oh oh in the
name of God....
19) atheist hear that God the father and his son and the holy spirit are
"one?" than they here they're three "Trinity"...than they hear there's God
the father and Jesus the son of God which makes 2...hmmm I wonder why they
don't believe in much of anything? hmmm
20) could go on...but you get the idea...the bottom line is atheist see
religion and church for what it really is...Hell...(if there's such a place)
For many years I too was an atheists...saw the hell of it all...church and
religion...the franchising of the blood of Christ...go too church give them
your money...buy their books and tapes...and go too heaven...after all
everyone else is doing it...all churches brag about the numbers of the poor
souls...oh oh I mean blessed souls who sit there being spoon fed this hell
every week...
I always hated church...which turned out a blessing from God...cuz I never
was subjected to such hell week after week...I used too watch and listen to
people of different religions argue over religious doctrine...and
think...what a crock of *****...listen to these assholes...and all they
really knew was what the guy standing on the Sunday soap box would tell
them...and week after week...people go to these places...most from their
youth...and than they bring their babies and sit them in front of the Sunday
soap box preacher and the cycle con-tinues how sad religion and church truly
is....
The only Ones that Hate religion and church more than I is God and
Christ...the spirit of religion is the same spirit that murder Jesus my
brother and Lord...that same spirit of hell past down through the
ages...from the Jews to the calf-licks than on too the protestants...same
wicked spirit of death is still here working it's hell in Christianity too
this day...
God and Christ are calling their own too them...you can't serve two
masters...too see the light you first must see the darkness of
religion...what it always has been...hell...yes there is such a place!!!
just go to church...
God bless the atheist cuz they're allot closer to the truth than a pompous
pious religious person who's taken of heart and soul...the hell of church
and religion...cuz at least the atheist is not duped by the obvious hell
that it is...

What is nice about this worldly life? What is nice about
labouring in a cold, loveless atmosphere where everyone
competes with everyone else to gain their own interest?
What is nice about a world full of violence and cruelty,
psychological and otherwise, illness, disaster, suffering
and death, and where death always threatens everything
at every moment? Why is it nice to snatch a temporary
companionship with someone today, and stand at the person's
graveside tomorrow? What is nice about labouring to achieve,
or valuing a memory, when everything must end in permanent
annihilation? You may be satisfied to find something nice in a
world like this, but I think that it is all a hell rather than a
heaven,
where anything nice always has its nasty contradiction, so that
finally this life is not really worthy of anything better than contempt
in any way at all.

That's not my life. I have two great kids and a wife. We both work in
public service jobs helping others. We have friends and family. Life is
good.
What is nice about a world full of violence and cruelty,
psychological and otherwise, illness, disaster, suffering

Well, religion is the root of most of the suffering you mention.
Why is it nice to snatch a temporary
companionship with someone today, and stand at the person's
graveside tomorrow?
I see lots of Christians dying too. I see them crying at the funerals.
Why? Isn't death good? (You'd think so, seeing how often you inflict it
on each other in God's name.
What is nice about labouring to achieve,
or valuing a memory, when everything must end in permanent
annihilation?
That's life. Make of it what you will. I make the best of my time.

It's your mistake to think death has anything to do with Christ or

You sure like to make a lot of statements like you have some real idea
of of what you are talking about. This is the kind of thing that
makes me so digusted with religion. It's so dishonest, vain and
immoral to be strutting around pretending you know 'truth' about the
meaning of everything. It's obvious you just like saying vague grand
statments that sound good because you are looking for a shortcut in
getting people to respect you.
Humility always is the first thing to go in religion. You have shown
that like so many before you, you have none. You know no truths, no
realities, not even any real wisdom. None of you do. There are a
multitude of religions all down the ages and each one is chock full of
vain people just like you shooting their mouths off about the 'truth'
- all different - all mutually exclusive and impossible - each one
as loud and pompous as the last. You should see how silly you all
look. Like so many roosters in a chicken coop trying to impress the
foolish flock with how loud you can proclaim exactly nothing.

What is nice about this worldly life?
In your twisted, fucked up, jesus-poisoned mind, do you REALLY see the
world around us as you do below? God, I hope not.
What is nice about
labouring in a cold, loveless atmosphere where everyone
competes with everyone else to gain their own interest?
I 'labour' in a warm, love-filled, family-like place. Maybe you
should find a new job? Also, while everyone has a side of them that
puts themselves first (including you) it is normally tempored by a
desire to help others, be those people family, or friends, or
strangers.
What is nice about a world full of violence and cruelty,
psychological and otherwise, illness, disaster, suffering
and death, and where death always threatens everything
at every moment?
FULL? Not even close.... maybe you watch too much news and thing all
of those things listed above are 'reality', but in the real world,
most days are FULL of love, hope, and beauty.
Without pain and suffering, we would have no way of recognizing or
appreciating all of the good and loving in the world.
Why is it nice to snatch a temporary
companionship with someone today, and stand at the person's
graveside tomorrow?
I have lost friends and family to death and I'm sure I will lose more
in the future. I don't dwell on their imminent deaths, nor do I dwell
on my own. The sense of LOSS is tremendous... it hurts, it rips me up
inside, but, after such deep pain, I have learned to appreciate LIFE
even more. I've learned to appreciate those AROUND me even more.
What is nice about labouring to achieve,
or valuing a memory, when everything must end in permanent
annihilation?
Such a nihilistic point of view.... how sad. Labouring to ACHIEVE is
worthy in the act. Memories are what make us what we ARE. I think
"permanent annihilation" is a bit strong of a statement. Do you mean
to say "we die"?
Of course we die... but that doesn't make our LIVES unworthy of
living... goals unworthy of striving towards.... Loves achieved.
You may be satisfied to find something nice in a
world like this, but I think that it is all a hell rather than a
heaven,
Ah, but what if the TRUE definition of 'hell' is being *IN* Heaven and
ignoring it.... presuming it will 'get better when it's over'?
Do you REALLY see heaven as a place without troubles? Without
difficulties? Personally, that would be my version of HELL.... what
good is succeeding if you were guaranteed to succeed before you ever
began?
where anything nice always has its nasty contradiction, so that
finally this life is not really worthy of anything better than contempt
in any way at all.
I hope you find comfort in your make-believe gods. You have created
hell on earth for yourself and I pity you. There is so much beauty
and love and caring around us that sometimes I'm nearly overwhelmed by
it all.

They need a big, bad sky-daddy watching them 24/7 to keep them in

So what's keeping you from pulling the trigger?
Because we still have Faith in Jesus Christ.
That's the one thing that always gets me, that Christians think that
if it wasn't for God, they'd be off raping, pillaging and murdering.
They need a big, bad sky-daddy watching them 24/7 to keep them in
line.
That's your misunderstanding. Christians do not believe in the big,
bad sky-daddy. Christians are believers of Christ who is Love.
So why are Christians such psychos?
But why would you rape pillage and murder without whatever you call
it? Is that what you really want to do?
No, that is never what a believer of God should ever do. Only the
believers of the devil would do things like that.

So a believer in god doesn't need fear of god to be well-behaved, but
an atheist does?

The fear of God is often a misconceived notion. God is not fearful.
The believer's fear of God is the fear of forsaking God instead of
fearing God himself.
