Don't think so. She's simply putting her finger on the fact that if
you're white, or atheist, any criticism wether legitimate or not
concerning of a group of people, based on anything from political
affiliation to sexual orientation, to religion, is punishable by
prison sentences.
It can be used to completely eliminate free speech in britain. Many
other european countries have similar laws.
