The NIA report. |
There has not been an answer provided, why this report were published at
this time. Seemingly the intelligent agencies, not really girl scout
organizations themselves, are undermining Bush and the neocons goal to
take over the oil fields of the Gulf and control the economy of the World.
Of course Bush and the neocons are imperialist pigs. They saw an opening
of spreading neoliberal economy after the USSR collapsed, enslaving the
rest of humanity to the Corporate Oligarchy called 'spreading democracy'
by their Orwellian distortion of the English language.
While the Congress, fully owned by the Corporate Oligarchy, had no or
little objections, Republicans or Democrats, against Bush imperial wars,
the intelligent agencies took up the task to preserve democracy.
What an up side down world! Though, one could detect some conflict
before and after the Iraq war between the administration and the
intelligent agencies. I was sure the CIA will plant some WMD's after the
invasion in Iraq. But nothing happened. The Bush regime were in trouble.
With incredibly good propaganda they limped along. But the time is
running out. The Spandau prison could be rebuilt to give accommodation
to our war criminals.

This was a scene right out of "Wag the Dog".
("http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2FWag-Dog-New-Line-Platinum%2Fdp%2F0780622561%3Fie%3DUTF8%26s%3Ddvd%26qid%3D1197147160%26sr%3D1-1&tag=thekaufmannet-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=9325")
In that movie, the president's staff pretended a war with Albania.
So he announced that they had done some big wrong.
The CIA wanted to stop it, without exposing secrets.
So they announced that the crisis had been resolved.

No. I was serious. Though I would modify it to "the intelligent agencies
took up the task to preserve [some remaining] democracy [in America]".
The Republicans are too corrupt to stand up to Bush like Howard Baker
did over 33 years ago. The Democrats? Their leader is Pelosi. That says
it all.

Nuclear bombs are not a recent invention (1945). Ten nations actually
have or had them (5 + 4 + 1). Most of the information is available on
the net.
"Blueprints" is a nebulous definition. The prints has a blue color? Or
detailed mechanical drawings, schematics, procedures? And if the former,
any work had been done using the information, or just a young nuclear
physicist's intellectual interest?

Your leading question suggest, they will make a bomb. But let's raise
the stake. Let's suppose, that they have 4 nuclear warheads and
delivery vehicles to reach any place on the globe. What would Iran do,
in your opinion?

More likely - they'll build nuclear power plants.
The oil in the mideast will run out in about 50 years.
When that happens, it'll be too late to START a nuclear power program.
Any nation that doesn't *already* have a nuclear power program in place will
suffer hugely.

No, you don't need plutonium and weapons grade uranium. But so far the
Iranians only enriched uranium to reactor grade (3-4%) in a small
amount, if they did.
I am some what familiar with history. By in large, nations with military
superiority attacked inferior nations all the time. Rarely the other way
around, if ever. It makes sense. Might makes right in the eye of a
moralist Christian Nation, as our aggressive imperialist ruling class
claims it to be one. Especially when inspectors made sure the nation to
be attacked are defenseless. A cowered bully like Bush wouldn't take a
chance against N Korea. That's the good part of Bush being a cowered, at
least he is not reckless. He only picks on defenseless nations.
But of course as a high school bully he is, Bush do not understand or
care of the long term consequences of his actions.
You, Colin may say, the extermination of indians worked very well. Yes,
it did 300-150 years ago. But times has changed. The holocaust did not
work for the Germans 60 years ago.
(One can make an argument, that Germany could have won the WW II if
Hitler didn't go after the Jews. The European, Hungarian Jews were
instrumental in the Manhattan Project. Imagine that the first two atom
bombs were detonated above New York and Chicago. An aggressive police
state did not work for Nazi Germany, neither will work for Bush. I hope!)

Well - that depends on your definition of the term "defenseless".
4000 US soldiers and a few thousand more of their terrorist operatives can
tell you - the Iraqi people are NOT defenseless.
We bombed them back to the stone-age - and they're STILL bestowing eternal

Were these mighty empires built by Christians?

Well - that depends on your definition of the term "defenseless".
4000 US soldiers and a few thousand more of their terrorist operatives can

We bombed them back to the stone-age - and they're STILL bestowing eternal

Anybody want to make any bets about what they will do after they
produce enough to make a bomb?
Blow up Nagasaki & Hiroshima?
More likely - they'll build nuclear power plants.
The oil in the mideast will run out in about 50 years.
When that happens, it'll be too late to START a nuclear power program.
Any nation that doesn't *already* have a nuclear power program in place will
suffer hugely.
How will nuclear run trucks and cars?

Electric, rechargeable.
You can buy one TODAY at wal-mart.
It goes up to 80mph, for 100 miles on a 5-hour charge.
$30k
Right now, when you plug one of these into a Texas power outlet, it's being
charged by coal.
