The Only Scientific And Logical Conclusion Is................ |
"The law of increasing entropy is an impenetrable barrier which no evolutionary
mechanism yet suggested has ever been able to overcome. Evolution and entropy
are opposing and mutually exclusive concepts.
If the entropy principle is really a universal law, then evolution must be impossible.
The very terms themselves express contradictory concepts. The word "evolution"
is of course derived from a Latin word meaning "out-rolling". The picture is of an
outward-progressing spiral."
"Thus, the Second Law proves, as certainly as science can prove anything whatever,
that the universe had a beginning. Similarly, the First Law shows that the universe
could not have begun itself. The most scientific and logical conclusion to which we
could possibly come is that: "In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth."
-- H.Morris
When we consider the laws of thermodynamics and origins, the
above can be the only possible conclusion of the rational mind.

Why is that almost no one in the scientific community agrees that SLOT
prohibits evolution? It's because it doesn't.
It prohibits abiogenesis and macroevolution
It does neither of those, you fucking moron.

You read half of the story, and leave out the important distinctions,

The Universe is a "Closed system" and subject to these established laws. The Second
Law of Thermodynamics proves, as certainly as science can prove anything whatever,
that the universe had a beginning. Similarly, the First Law shows that the universe could
not have begun itself. Therefore, the most logical and scientific conclusion to which the

Surely we should keep an open mind about this. It could have been
someone other than God. Why assume it was God? It could have been
anyone, so let's not jump to conclusions.

Everything you've written can be easily dismissed by spending less than 5
minutes reading a beginning chemistry book.
Try it, you won't look quite so stupid in the future.

You read half of the story, and leave out the important distinctions,
like "Closed system", and "Open system"..
The Universe is a "Closed system" and subject to these established laws.
True, bur within that closed system, there are localised, open
systems.
It is these localised open systems that make evolution, possible.
The planets around a radiating star, are open systems, while the star
exists.
Of course, once the star fails, universal entropy takes over.
At least, it might.
The Second
Law of Thermodynamics proves, as certainly as science can prove anything whatever,
that the universe had a beginning.
Within Newtonian limitations, yes, but Einstein, puts a different view
on it.
Similarly, the First Law shows that the universe could
not have begun itself.
No, it does not. The 1st LOT applies to an existing system, not to
the genesis, of a system
Therefore, the most logical and scientific conclusion to which the
honest mind could possibly come to is that: "In the beginning, God created the heavens
and the earth."
And God came from: Where was it?

Actually, I weigh more now than I did then, and have more hair. I
continue to take in food, adding energy and mass to my localized
system, and holding off entropy for a time.
Let's go back to the early hours of July 4th, 1966, and look into the
maternity ward of Good Samaratin Hospital, Los Gatos, CA. Oh look,
there I am! But hey, no one is feeding me! Since no energy is being
put into my little system, I soon begin breaking down my own tissues
to keep the brain functioning. Eventually, entropy causes massive
imbalances, and I die.
Luckily, that didn't happen. See, I was fed, and continue to eat.
Now, let me ask you something: How are babies made if we cannot fight
entropy?
