would, or could have stopped them

reputation now), his drunken late-night hangup phone
calls, paying "people search" to find personal
information, writing "complaints" and being a general
idiot.
He thought he could lecture and lie to us
and escape. His defenders contended - and still
contend - that it was unimportant and "all about
sex" but they are unable to explain why the
President had to lie to us about an issue if
it was so very minor.
