What?!! Next thing you'll tell us is that archeologists have determined that
the 'Via Dolorosa' is not *really* the path Jesus of Nazareth took on the
way to his execution!
If that's the case: Is it alright for the faithful to *pretend* the shroud
is 'real' and that the Via Dolorosa is the actual path Jesus took on the way
to 'Golgotha'? If so, it will allow the more rabid, foaming at the mouth
members of the faithful to continue to treat atheists like
mentally-challenged idiots and hold them in utter contempt and disdain --
with imaginary Jesus-God's 'blessing', of course.
