If they are. But they've already cried wolf too many times - the
Shroud of Turin ... that was over 1,000 years too young. The James
Ossuary ... that was faked. And, of course, the dozens of "actual"
foreskins, the forests full of splinters of the "true" cross ...
These "tombs of Jesus" are just more of the same.

True. Perhaps James should do his next 'documentary' on toast.
I keep thinking of Monty Python "We Have His Shoe!"
I do keep hearing about what this might do to christian faith. Probably
nothing. They will simply 'modify' their beliefs to fit their personal
projections.
They do seem to impose their projections above known reality.
But what will it take for this nonsense to fade away and die? It will
eventually,
just like all it's predasesors have in the past.

As they have for thousands of years. Most of Christianity today isn't
found in the Bible.

Other nonsense, just like it did in the past. There will always be
children who need a fairy tale to face another day.

I've never heard of that one before.
It's so easy to disprove.
After the circumcision, the rabbi has to bury the foreskin in consecrated
ground.
(It's a part of the human body so it has to be buried, under jewish law)
Therefore, a foreskin removed 2000 years ago would have rotted away a long,
long time ago.

You DO realize that it took every single tree in the Sahara Forest to
make the cross, aren't you? Which is why there are so many tons of
slivers of it.

By the time of Jebus, there weren't many trees left in the Sahara Forest.
Noah had to cut most of them down to build his arc big enough to fit all
